Darryl Aikerson is a Senior Consultant at E³ Strategic Solutions. He is a veteran educator with 31 years of experience as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, director of federal programs, and superintendent. Recognized as a servant leader throughout his career, Mr. Aikerson recently retired after serving seven years as Superintendent for the Tuscumbia City Schools in Alabama. He received his B.S. in Educational Psychology from Alcorn State University, M.S. in Elementary Education from Alabama A&M University, and Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mr. Aikerson has dedicated his life’s work to improving climate and culture by building relationships, improving student achievement, and building capacity in the schools and districts in which he has worked. He has been recognized as a progressive leader who has facilitated multiple capital projects, improved student achievement at every level, and having a school earn recognition as a National Blue Ribbon School and Alabama School of Distinction.
