Developmental Training

We offer E³ Developmental Training to both individuals and groups. The training is applicable to all levels of leadership, but especially beneficial for prospective, inexperienced, or struggling leaders. We have 22 established E³ Developmental Training Modules covering a multitude of topics. These modules are designed with practicality in mind and are not intended to be an extension of graduate classes. Sessions are designed to be offered in time periods between 90 minutes to one-half day. The sessions are available on a stand-alone basis or may be combined in a series of sessions to be offered in one day to multi-day sessions both on-site and through virtual means.
